Enrique Peralta, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Quantum Vision Centers, serving patients in the St. Louis Metro East area. He specializes in vitreo-retinal diseases and surgery. Dr. Peralta’s areas of interest include disorders of the retina, optic nerve and uveitis.
Dr. Peralta earned his medical degree from Universidad Francisco Marroquin Facultad De Medicina in Guatemala City. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Rodolfo Robles Eye and Ear Hospital and his vitreo-retinal fellowship at Louisiana State University and retina fellowship at Tulane University.
Dr. Peralta is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and has over 30 years of experience in the ophthalmic industry. He is a member of several ophthalmology professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
